All orders are packed packed and well…. MADE by one girlie! While I will always aim to get your trinkets & dodads out to you as quickly as possible please keep in mind these items are MADE TO ORDER and majority HANDMADE.

Depending on the number of orders placed, it can sometimes take 1-14 days for your order to ship.

All sales on our products are final! I am currently a home-based shop with extremely limited stock, and cannot handle the capacity for exchanges and returns.

Why am I not seeing tracking update?

This means your order is in pre-shipment! That means your order is packaged and ready to go, but it has not been scanned by the shipping company yet! Your tracking should update within 24-48 hours.

Missing Package?

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office or the contact number provided on your tracking link! We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office. If both of these resources still can’t help you, feel free to reach out on our Contact Page and we will do our best to find a solution!

Please make sure we’re shipping your goodies to the right address, as we do not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses once packages have left for their journeys.

Damaged Product?

I do my very best to make sure every order is packaged properly so your items get to you safely, but I do understand sometimes things can get damaged during transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here. 

Please let me know if an item you purchased is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so we can do our best to make things right!
